Pacific Heads of Education Systems (PHES) Steering Committee (SC) Meeting The PHES Steering Committee is composed of five members of the Pacific Heads of Education Systems (PHES) serving on a 2 year rational basis. Membership compromises of a representative from each of the 3 sub-regions in the Pacific, a representative from the smaller islands states and a representative of the larger islands states. The SC will represent the PHES on all PacREF policy and programme matters in between PHES meetings. The PHES SC meeting will precede the CROP HRDWG meetings and which will be held virtually and is organized by the PacREF Facilitating Unit (PFU) and United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
